It's been a rough few weeks for my team and I applaud their efforts.
We were receiving multiple feedback from Twitter, Instagram, and
Facebook that our customers were facing trouble in accessing the store
through their mobile platform. Needless to say it was beginning to
worry me as I take it seriously when an experience is not the best -
beacause I have promised to deliver the best.
After extensive research we found that not only was 3G connection in Singapore a bit spotty, we also needed to take in unto ourselves to move to another service that supplies an enhanced mobile experience.
In short - this will be a much better experience than previously introduced.Love - Adlina
