Is shopping on the internet safe? Absolutely. Will you be able to track it? Absolutely. Are there any concerns over security and safety of your online details? Absolutely none. 

Let us walk you through a few facts.

Discounts

Discounts can only be used one at a time. This means that you are only able to use 1 discount code at any purchase. Discounts and Promos are not able to used together at any one time.

Payment Options

We accept payment for our good through the following methods:

1. PayPal

2. Visa Credit/Debit Cards

3. MasterCard Credit/Debit Cards

4. Bank Transfers*

 

*We accept bank transfers via POSB/DBS for Singaporean customers and MayBank for Malaysian customers. If you choose to pay through this option, please look out for your Order Confirmation email where the bank account details are provided. We do not provide our bank account details on our website to maintain an acceptable level of security. Look out for an email from info@adlinaanis.com.

 

Delivery/Shipping Options

We will send out your items within 1-4 working days upon receiving your order. Our customer Service coordinator will attend to to you for all you queries you may encounter, business hours: Weekdays 10am to 5pm Closed on weekends and public holidays.

 

We offer several shipping/delivery options for you to choose from.

Singapore 

1. SingPost Normal Mail 

- Singapore: This is normal shipping and will be sent to you via SingPost. Your package will be delivered in your mailbox.

  Delivery Time: 3-14 working days.

- Worldwide: This is normal shipping and will be sent to you via SingPost and their national postal partners. Your package will be delivered in your mailbox.

  Delivery time: 3-4 weeks.

2. Same Day Delivery

  • Evening delivery between 6pm-10pm*

*All orders have to completed including payment confirmation before 12.45pm.

**Please take note that your contact number is required and if not furnished, it may take the next business day for items to be delivered. 

***For failed delivery attempts, for reasons that contact number was not furnished, you will be required to make another payment for courier shipping.

+ All orders made on Saturdays and Sundays will be delivered on Monday or working day of the following week.

++ All orders made on public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.

3. SmartPac 

  • Singapore: This option will give you a tracking number that you can use to trace your package via https://adlinaanis.aftership.com or www.singpost.com. If you are not available at home when the package is delivered, SingPost will place the item in your letterbox.
  • If you anticipate that there might not be anyone at home to receive the package, please clear some space in your letterbox for the postman to leave your parcel there. 
  • If there is insufficient space in your letterbox, the postman may issue a delivery advice for you to collect your parcel at your nearest Post Office
  • In event that the tracking status on www.singpost.com is "Delivered", item has been assumed to be in the letterbox or delivered to door step. The customer will be responsible for lost item and will have to liase with Singapore Post for recovery of item.
  • Fees imposed by Singapore post of $2 for proof of delivery will be imposed by customer
  • Delivery time: 3 - 5 working days  
  • Smartpac Option is only availble for orders below SGD$100

4. Within 3 working days

  • Orders will be delivered between 9am-9pm.

*Orders have to be completed including payment confirmation before 3pm.

**Please take note that your contact number is required and if not furnished, your delivery may be delayed.

***For failed delivery attempts, for reasons that contact number was not furnished, you will be required to make another payment for courier shipping.

****Orders placed on a non-working day will be processed on the next working day.

+ All orders that have selected "Within 3 working days" on Saturday/Sunday will be processed on the following working day and delivered to you within 3 working days.

5. iCommerce Registered Mail

  • This option will give you a tracking number that you can use to trace your package via http://www.ifleet.asia/track  If you are not available at home when the package is delivered, iCommerce will hold your product and will liase with you to resend the item. 
  • Delivery time: 2-7 working days.

 

Worldwide

1.    - Please note that we will only be able to raise enquiry with the             post office for late or missing parcels 18 days from the day                 items were posted out. 

- Malaysia: Customers in Malaysia can use the tracking number we provide and key it in via https://adlinaanis.aftership.com or at Pos Malaysia website here, select Other Country, enter the tracking number and click Track.

Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks.

- Brunei: Customers in Brunei can use the tracking number we provide and key it in via https://adlinaanis.aftership.com or at Brunei Postal Services Department website here, click on Track EMS Item, enter the tracking number and click Submit.

Delivery Time: 2-3 weeks.

- Worldwide: Customers can use the tracking number we provide and key it in via https://adlinaanis.aftership.com. Although not all countries accept SingPost Registered tracking number within their respective countries' postal service systems, it would give you a basis from which you can raise an enquiry with them if your products do not arrive.

Delivery time: 3-4 weeks.

2. DHL eCommerce 

- Worldwide: Customers can use the tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email and trace your package via https://adlinaanis.aftership.com. 

Delivery time: 3-4 weeks.

* Deliveries to Canada will be not trackable when package have arrived and Customers will have to liase with Canada Post www.canadapost.ca 

 

3. DHL Express

- Worldwide: The Express service deliver our products to customers outside of Singapore to arrive at their doorstep faster than we normally would have. It is available for countries that offer it and we will keep following up with the service to ensure that available countries are included.

Delivery time: 1-3 working days.

Taxes

All costs are only inclusive of the cost of product and shipping options as selected. You will have to bear the costs of any taxes required by your respective countries (if applicable)

How do I pay for my products?

There are several methods that you can use to pay for your products - Bank Transfers, Credit/Debit Card or PayPal. We accept POSB/DBS bank transfer for Singapore customers and MayBank for Malaysian customers.

I am buying from Malaysia (for example). When I look at the products I can see them in Malaysian Ringgit (for example). But when I make my purchase it is made in Singapore Dollars. Why is this so?

Our website can show the products in different currencies but all transaction can only be completed in Singapore Dollars which is our base currency. To find out the cost of your purchase in your currency, please go to www.xe.com as we use their exhange rates.

How will I have any proof that my order has been taken notice of?

You will receive an email receipt and verification that you have made an order. That receipt will show all the items that you have bought. We will also receive a notification through our system that your order needs to be delivered.

How long does it take to get to me?

For residents in Singapore, it should not take any longer than 14 days. For shipping outside of Singapore it make take between 2 week to 4 weeks. For delivery to Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam and Australia, we highly recommend opting for registered shipping as the registration code attached to your parcel can be used for tracking by both Singapore and the receiving country's postal services.

What is Registered Shipping?

This is basically Registered mail where you will be provided with a tracking number to ensure that your mail will reach you. If you buy a large quantity, we strongly recommend this shipping method. 

I've been waiting a long time and my shipment hasn't arrived. What gives?

All our shipments will be rerouted back to us in the event that it could not reach you. This typically happens when an address you have specified is incorrect. We will then contact you with regards to the next step.

I've been buying from you for a few years now. Don't I get any special treatment?

All customers who subscribe to our newsletter will receive information of our latest release ahead of everyone else.

It takes considerable effort for us to create our products from ensuring we are on trend, fabric selection, sewing, quality control, packaging, maintaining the website and finally delivering the product to your doorstep. We stand by our pricing in the quality of our product and the service we provide.

Registered Mail

*Additional $2.24 for registered mail. You will receive a tracking number that you can trace your package from at http://www.singpost.com/index.php For countries other than Singapore, this service is mandatory. 

Customers in Australia can use this tracking number when contacting their respective country's postal service to request an update on their delivery. 

Customers in Malaysia can use the tracking number we provide at Pos Malaysia website here, select Other Country, enter the tracking number and click Track.

Customers in Brunei can use the tracking number we provide at Brunei Postal Services Department website here, click on Track EMS Item, enter the tracking number and click Submit.
