2) If both are accurate, SingPost will return the package to us within 14 days upon which we will resend the package to you on an arrangement we will liase with you with.
3) If either the address or phone number entered is inaccurate we will amend the information. SingPost will return the package to us within 14 days upon which we will resend the package to you on an arrangement we will liase with you with.

4) In the event you did not retrieve your parcel from the assigned SingPost office, the package will be returned to us and we will be contacting you on your next delivery option.

3) If either is not accurate, please provide us the amended information to pass along to the courier management for their coordination.
4) Depending on the outcome of the investigation our team will contact you with regards to the next steps in addressing your lost package.

2) If both are accurate, please check with your local postal office first. In the meantime, email us that your parcel has not arrived. We will then raise a ticket with DHL eCommerce to address your delivery.
3) If either is not accurate please provide us the amended information to pass along to DHL eCommerce for their coordination and rectification.
4) Depending on the outcome of the investigation our team will contact you with regards to the next steps in addressing your lost package.
